My name is Önder Sertçelik. I live in Istanbul. I have been actively taking street photographs since 2016. I also received documentary photography training. I have 2 photo projects, one about the street and the other about the documentary. My photos were featured in several group exhibitions in Istanbul.
I think Istanbul is a fascinating and interesting city with its streets and human condition. I especially love shooting frames with shadow-light, narrative situations and multiple scatter. I am very interested in cinema, literature, painting and theater. I can say that different art disciplines also inspire me to take more original and creative shots on the street. I usually take my best photos when I go out on my own; because my motivation is higher. Usually in Istanbul, I was heading straight at my photos in my portfolio some photos are photos I took of Turkey in the other cities.
Tag: street photo
is a type of photograph that records everyday life in a public place. The very publicness of the setting enables the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge. Street photographers do not necessarily have a social purpose in mind, but they prefer to isolate and capture moments which might otherwise go unnoticed.

Pepe Hanze
Born and raised in downtown Guayaquil, Ecuador, with Lebanese roots form both my mother and my father side of the family I am used to be around people all the time.Growing up I was not into sports, which made me spend a a lot of time , sometimes an entire days watching through my room window what happened outside on the streets. I t was the 1990’s when I found a rangefinder camera in on of my mothers drawers. Since then I have a camera attach to my hand. At that time it was safe to go out by myself to explore the streets alone. I think my photography is the result of my childhood memories, long walks and the person I became when I met my wife. Streets tell stories and being able to tell , document and develop them is my passion. At 18 I learned to develop film and print in a darkroom, I made an improvise darkroom in my bathroom. I like to document people and being welcome to their most personal spaces, as a lonely spectator, at their own silence like old street photography. I have a fascination for shadows, lines and shapes. With my photography I am able to materialize what I feel.

Dario Antoniani
I’m Dario, I’m Italian and I live in Campobasso a small town in central Italy. I am not a professional photographer but an enthusiast. I have been taking photos for 5-6 years but I have been fond of street photography for a long time before. When I’m on the street I try to photograph what I see, without contamination and changes, trying to capture moments and actions that we often can’t see.

STYLE
I do not preclude anything from what I photograph. I try to capture everything that attracts my interest. However, if I had to find something that attracts me the most, I would say that I prefer ironic shots with particular light effects. -

This selection contains images from Kolkata, Varanasi, Ganga sagar Island, and Las Vegas. As Kolkata is my home town, this city has a tremendous influence on me. Most of the images are from this city. Decisive moment excites me. It is the fraction of second which matters and I carry my camera with me most of the time so that I don’t miss a chance to capture the candid moment. I love to play a rhythm with my images. A visual poetry has to have its soul and I love to bring that soul though my photographs. As I live in India street animals play key role in my photographs. Pigeons, dogs, horse, cow all have their distinct nature and I love to capture them to bring out different street essence.

Nicolas Ettori
I was born in 1987 in Montpellier (south of France) where i grew up and now i live in Paris. Self-taught, my passion for photography comes from my love of skateboarding: wanting to capture tricks in motion and freeze them forever. Later my interests went beyond the sport to where I find myself today in the world of street photography. I like to capture the moments of life, to compose and frame the world with what the street offers at every moment.
I try to highlight the details, play between the light and shade, observe the reflections, and let the geometry dictate the angle of my shots, all of which come together to create my own style.
I’ve recently started analog photography because it needs to be triggered more carefully and i like having to wait the development of the film before seeing the result.[thb_button_text link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.instagram.com%2Fnicolas.ettori%2F|title:Nicolas%20Ettori%20Instagram|target:%20_blank|”] -

Moises Levy
Moises Levy
I’m Moises Levy I live and work in Mexico as an Architect and photographer, all my life I’ve been surrounded by images I live through my eyes,
I think visually When I was studying architecture I remember I wanted a camera to photograph the city,
in that moment I knew photography was my passion, I always need to express myself visually.
I like to freeze special moments, sometimes is a movement or a gesture, something funny, or a hidden message …….something that
talk about life in a beautiful way, I spend a lot of time searching and waiting for special moments, usually it becomes from the less expected place and time.[thb_button_text link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.moiseslevy.com|title:Moises%20Levy%20Website|target:%20_blank|”][thb_button_text link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.instagram.com%2Fmoises_levy_street|title:Moises%20Levy%20Instagram|target:%20_blank|”]About The Collection
Human condition is the main subject of my photography, I use several resources to express my ideas in photography like perspective and scale,
my images are too intimate, I believe being too close to my subject help me create powerful images.
My work is about people like a whole genre, I prefer to create anonymous subjects
and for that I like to work with backlight to create high contrast black and white images in a more graphic sense.
I also like to shot minimal and very clean images and for that I use very low angles in places with almost no distractions like beaches and open spaces,
I like to work light and usually I use one camera (Fuji or Leica) and one lens (28 or 35 mm).
I understand my work as timeless images of the human condition. -

Michał Czarnecki
my name is Michał Czarnecki, I live and work in Warsaw, Poland where I take most of my photographs. My interest in photography arose in 2012 when I attended documentary photography course. This was eye opening experience that completely changed my view on photography. In the next years I continued to educate myself on my own but also attended some other workshops. I do my best to practice on the streets of my home town as often as possible. When I am not photographing I enjoy playing samba (batucada). I’m a founder of flaneurs photo collective.

Personally, I don’t really like the term “street photography” simply because it’s misleading and untrue. To me it’s about everyday, seemingly mundane, candid images of strangers in public places so not necessarily a street. When I’m out taking photographs, I try to be open hearted and embrace situations as they happen in front of me. I am a patient observer of reality, rather distant than intruding. Simple, humane events as well as those surreal ones are what I look for.

The name of Francesco’s street photography project is Urbanity. The term “Urbanity” is the union of the words “urban” and “humanity”.
Francesco tries to tell the life and the movements of people in cities, through his eye. His style is made of strong contrasts.
When he is on the street he tells what he see using light to obtain unusual and sometimes abstract images.
Francesco uses the light to show only what he want and everything else turns black.
In 2019 Urbanity has also become a book, an homage to Turin, his city. -

Lenny Ruiz
I’m a Venezuelan photographer with interests in social documentary and street photography . I am inspired by the love of the urban environment and its endless supply of stories to capture. I live in Buenos Aires (Argentina), where I work as a freelance web developer. I started my formal studies achieving the Photographic Techniques and Arts Diplomado in Caracas (2017), I completed the Cinematography Diplomado at the National Film School in Caracas (2019). I have been taking photos for 7 years since the time I bought my first DSLR, since then photography became a very important part of my life. I tend to spend a good part of my free time doing urban walks and looking for new views of the city. I have obtained a collection of photographs in Latin American cities among which they are; Caracas, Havana, Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Santiago de Chile.

This series shows the appearance and daily life of 4 dissimilar Latin American cities. Some images are from the year 2017, such as those of Havana, Santiago de Chile in 2018, Buenos Aires between 2019 and 2010 and Caracas from 2017 to last year, the year when I had to emigrated to Argentina. Each city offers different aspects, the light of the Caribbean in the case of Cuba and Venezuela produces images full of unique contrasts, while the delicate southern light as in Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile leaves us that soft image with more pastel and filmic tones. I like to play with the dreamlike, almost abstract aspect of urban life, finding urban beauty is one of my passions.

Andrea Morbidelli
I’m an Italian boy passionate of street photography, living in a small town situated on the Adriatic Sea.
I started taking street photos in August 2019, when I bought my first Fujifilm camera that I always bring with me. When I went in Berlin with one of my friends, a talented street photographer, and I found my approach to photography.
I travel a lot since I was a child, and I am very curious to know the differences of other peoples, photos are the medium I use to approach with these different cultures.
The scenes I see during my travels are always best through my camera lens, because I became able to capture moments of unknown peoples life without interfering with them. I’m also a bit shy so, street photography in particular, is my way to approach with strangers, to understand them a little while I continually try to improve my camera skills.[thb_button_text link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.instagram.com%2Fandre_streets|title:Andrea%20Morbidelli%20Instagram|target:%20_blank|”]About The Collection
